From Corporate Life to Community Impact

Before launching their All Dry franchise, Todd and Harmony Marshall were both working in corporate roles. But after relocating to Jacksonville, they felt the pull toward something more meaningful—something that allowed them to give back and build a business rooted in service.

“We looked at several different opportunities,” Todd recalls, “but All Dry stood out right away. It wasn’t just about equipment and cleanup—it was about helping people in some of the worst moments of their lives.”

That core mission, paired with strong franchise support and a people-first culture, made All Dry the perfect fit.

A Company Founded on Compassion

All Dry was originally founded in Jupiter, Florida, by Matt Kuntz, who recognized a major gap in the restoration industry: customer care. While many companies focused solely on technical work, Kuntz envisioned a business that prioritized the human side of disaster recovery.

The company began franchising in 2019, and in just a few short years, it has grown to over 500 territories across 38 states.
