I’ve had the pleasure of working with Todd and his team for years. They have always been incredibly detailed and professional in every aspect of their work. Todd and his team go above and beyond to ensure that every step of the process is handled with care and precision. It’s rare to find such dedicated, reliable professionals.
We were so impressed with the services we received from Todd & everyone at ALL DRY SERVICES! They were very professional, tidy and prompt. No one enjoys dealing with water damage but they made the process smooth and easy. I would highly recommend them and would use them again...but hopefully won't have any more issues 🙂
Zack is a great communicator. Showed up on time and got to work. When they were done they left the area clean. His co-worker even brought up our recycling bin! Hopefully we won’t need his services again but should we have any moisture issues he will Be the first person we call.

All-Dry of Jacksonville saved the day! Todd, Zach, and the team was incredibly professional, responsive, and efficient. We had a problem in the early morning hours and they were at our house quickly which definitely helped limit any damage. They went above and beyond to mitigate the problems and their customer service was top-notch.

I would highly recommend this business! They showed up when they said they would be here. All Dry ran extensive tests to determine where our leak was coming from. Next they discussed findings and explained how to proceed. When the job was done they make sure there is no mess left behind. I am very impressed with All Dry. Todd Marshall are Zack Kuehmwier are amazing!

We have used All-Dry of SE Jacksonville twice in as many months. We used them for a small mold remediation in our garage as part of the repair agreement and sale of our home, and we used them for odor removal as well in our newly purchased home. They did a great job on both projects. A word on the odor removal; we used the chlorine dioxide vape available now to remove pet and cigarette smells in the home. These smells permeated the entire home. We removed all the carpet and padding first, then Todd and his team came in with the vape and there are not enough words to say how happy we are with the outcome. This option is legit, you do not have to rely only on the old-school ways involving ozone machines and scrubbing every surface from top to bottom. Every realtor, home owner, and/or property manager needs to know about this cost-effective solution (.35 per square foot!). Todd put ‘no entry’ signs on the doors and they reiterated every step of the way “no plants/no pets/no people” during the process, but you may enter the home just fine after its completion. We are highly satisfied with the outcome of both projects involving All-Dry. The only possible area of improvement is communication, but you must realize this is remediation company handling emergency after emergency. I felt awful always feeling like I was interrupting Todd, but he’s managing as best he can. I hope to never need another remediation need, but if I do, I’m keeping Todd’s number handy.
If you ever have the unfortunate situation where you need these services, you’re only call should be to All Dry. They’re very thorough and thoughtful in their approach. Any time the owner of the company is also on the job, you know you’re in good hands!
Great family owned business that truly cares about their clients. It is a tough business to be in and a lot of competitors out there that capitalize on disastrous times in people's lives. Todd and Harmony were amazing to work with and I would highly recommend their services to anyone that needs their help!
During the stress of a water leak in my brand new home, I was so happy I called All Dry. They were very consultative and were there during the whole process. They came when needed right on time and walked me through the options I had. Todd and his team were the bright spot of an otherwise awful situation!
They were excellent, showed up on time and did all the work, even when the roofer put his foot through the roof and more problems occurred.
The crew came out quickly after our refrigerator water supply line was broken and got everything under control! Everyone we dealt with was extremely polite, knowledgeable and professional!

Recently had a small AC leak that caused some serious flood and mold damage in my home. Todd and his team were great! They took a lot of stress out of a very serious incident. They quickly assessed the situation and got the rip out and containment done in very short order. They were thorough and they documented everything for my insurance company. Thanks All Dry!!!

Great company to work with. Very professional, friendly, prompt, and good communicators. They provided a detailed estimate, service contract, pictures of the mitigation project at every step and Zach and Jared kept us up to date as the project progressed. Finished on time, and at the quoted price. The guys did excellent work. Best contractor we ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
